How is Azareen washed sesame different from other sesames?

1. Soil and impurities such as hollow seeds, twigs, dust and most important of all, rat dropping, which is very commonly found in unwashed sesames, are removed in our washing process.
2. Moisture in unwashed sesame is 8%-12%, which drops to 1%-1.5% after washing and drying. All drying processes are carried out by fully automatic machines and with no hand involvement.
3. The most important factor, only determined through analysis, is heavy metals, which contaminate the product at the time of harvesting by way of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, and are impossible to remove unless washed by state of the art machinery. As a result of all above processes, sesame has lost over 20% of its weight after leaving washing system.
